Chikako Miyoshi was born and raised in Japan. She has worked as at fitness instructor since her college years. Chikako moved to New York in 1997 and became a Pilates instructor, and a Feldenkrais practitioner. She will be completing a Master in education at Antioch University in 2023. Email
