Katharina Kayser
Class Teacher
Katharina Kayser is delighted to join Rudolf Steiner School. With 17 years of experience in education, including roles in school leadership, Katharina is deeply committed to nurturing the holistic development of each child. She is a certified Waldorf teacher and a certified public school teacher in both Germany and England, with extensive experience teaching both lower and upper school levels. Katharina also holds a PhD in Education from Goldsmiths University, London, where her research focused on multilingualism and foreign language learning.
In addition to her teaching experience, Katharina has served in various leadership capacities within schools, where she has developed and implemented educational programs that support student success and teacher development. Her leadership experience has enhanced her ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment while fostering collaboration among colleagues.
Katharina believes in the importance of building long-term relationships with students to provide a stable and supportive learning environment. She is dedicated to fostering a classroom atmosphere rich in rhythm and routine, where each child feels valued and is encouraged to explore their unique potential. By integrating creative and personalized teaching methods, Katharina actively supports students in achieving academic success and reaching their highest potential.
