Giannina Zlatar
Giannina Zlatar began as a class teacher at Rudolf Steiner School in 1992, shortly after graduating from the Waldorf Elementary Teacher Education program at Sunbridge College. She took two classes through the upper grades and one from first grade through eighth grade. She then went to the Brooklyn Waldorf School, where she mentored teachers and took a class from third through eighth grade. She returned to Steiner in 2017 when she became the class teacher of the class of 2029. Giannina has an undergraduate degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Waldorf education. She has taught courses to Waldorf teachers at Sunbridge College in Spring Valley, NY, and in Ukraine, and has been core faculty of the Applied Arts Program at the Fiber Craft Studio in Spring Valley, NY.
