Each high school class has a Grade Advisor who guides matters concerning the class as a whole. Grade Advisors hold class meetings with the students, and organize class meetings for the parents. Faculty members also serve as Personal Advisors to the students in grades 9 – 12. The Personal Advisors guide their advisees in both academic and social or personal matters. Personal Advisors meet with their advisees as needed and review grade reports at the end of the trimesters. Students are encouraged to speak to their advisors about any issues that may concern them. The Personal Advisor is responsible for timely communication with parents and other faculty members regarding their advisees.
